Update Your Account Information (Phone, Address, Language, etc.)
Your account information - including personal information and address - can be managed in My Account.
Note: For non-SSO users, your name, email address, and password are managed in your Blackbaud ID account. For more information, see Update Your Name, Email Address, and Password in Blackbaud ID.

In GrantsConnect, navigate to your account by clicking on your name at the top of the page and then My account.

In the Personal Information section, update any of the following:

Phone Number
-
Language
Note: The language our site is displayed in is automatically set to your web browser's language preferences. For a list of languages we support, see the FAQ > International Settings resource.

Electronic Signature
Note: For instructions, see Update Your Electronic Signature.

In the Address section, enter your address or the address for your organization.

Click Save to save your changes.
