Add Comments to Application Forms

You can add comments to the forms that are a part of an application, allowing you to provide feedback for other Grant Managers and Reviewers.

Note: Comments added in this way are for internal-use only. They are not shared with the Applicant. If you need to provide feedback on a form to the Applicant, it is recommended to either request a revision or use the Notify of Status email to communicate with them.

  1. Navigate to the Applications area.

  2. Click on the Application ID to open the Application View or edit the application.

  3. Select the form to add the comment to.

  4. Click on the Comments link next to the form name in the preview.

  5. Enter a message in the Comments screen.

    Note: Any comments that have already been added will also appear in this screen.

  6. Click on Post to save the comment to the form.
