Set Up Program Funding

Note: Budgets are assigned to a program at the cycle level. For more information, see Add New Cycles.

Grant programs are funded by a combination of a funding source and budget. These can be assigned to a program's applications manually or Grant Managers can automate this process.

• Manually update the budget and funding source assigned to an application

• Set up budget automation and define budget assignments

  Tip: When setting up budget automation, users have the option to automatically reserve the Amount Requested from the budget and even automatically decline the application based on the availability of funds in the budget.
