Manage Sent Invitations
All individuals that were invited as part of either a distribution list or individual email are automatically tracked in the Invitationstab of the Program Setup > Invitations page.
Note: For invitations scheduled to be sent later, see Manage Scheduled Invitations.

A recipient's progress in starting and completing their application can be tracked to help determine if the invitation needs to be resent or if they would benefit from receiving a reminder to apply.

Navigate to the Program Setup > Invitations area.

From the Invitations tab, find the recipient to be reviewed.
The details shown for each recipient include:

Their name and email address.

The status of the invitation, including the date the original invitation email, the date the invitation is scheduled for, or the date of any reminders sent to them.

The status of their application (i.e., Not Started, Draft, Awaiting review, In progress, etc.).

The program to which they have been invited to apply.

The distribution list to which they belong, if any.
Note: The Distribution List column will appear blank if they were invited using the Send invitation > Send to an individual tool.

Note: The GC-59 Invitation Reminder system email is used when sending reminders. For more information about creating a custom email copy for a program, see the Customize Invitation Emails resource. Keep in mind that only the email assigned to the program as the Default will be used. There will not be an option to select an alternate copy to send like for scheduled invitations.

Navigate to the Program Setup > Invitations area.

From the Invitations tab, select the ellipsis icon next to the recipient and then Send invitation reminder.

In the Send Invitation Reminder screen, add an attachment or preview the email, if desired.

Confirm the action before sending.
Tip: The date the reminder is sent will be recorded in the Invite Status column.

Navigate to the Program Setup > Invitations area.

From the Invitations tab, select the ellipsis icon next to the recipient and then Resend invitation.

Confirm the action before sending.
Tip: The date the invitation was sent will automatically update in the Invite Status column.
