Manage Workflow Levels
Note: Any changes made to a workflow level will not impact applications that have already passed through it. However, applications that are currently in the level may be impacted.

Navigate to the Program Setup > Workflows area.

In the Structure tab, select the ellipsis icon next to the workflow level and then Edit level.

In the Edit Level screen, update its name, description, or settings.

Save all changes.
Workflow levels shown in the Structure tab must be arranged into the order in which submitted applications should progress.

Navigate to the Program Setup > Workflows area.

In the Structure tab, select the ellipsis icon next to the workflow level and then either Move level down or Move level up.
Note: Changes to the order will be saved automatically.

Navigate to the Program Setup > Workflows area.

In the Structure tab, select the ellipsis icon next to the workflow level and then Disable level.

Confirm the action before the workflow level can be disabled.
It is important to note that disabling a workflow level can have the following impacts:

Its sub-levels will be automatically disabled.

Applicants can no longer be routed into the disabled level, but can be routed out of the level at any time.

Workflow level actions remain enabled for the applications currently in the disabled level.

Workflow Level Automation rules routing to the level will automatically be inactivated and removed from sequencing.

Navigate to the Program Setup > Workflows area.

In the Structure tab, select the ellipsis icon next to the workflow level and then Enable level.

Confirm the action before the workflow level can be enabled.
It is important to note that enabling a workflow level can have the following impacts:

Its sub-levels will be automatically enabled.

Applications can be routed to the level.
-
Workflow Level Automation rules routing to the level will automatically be activated if they were deactivated when the level was previously disabled.
