Manage Workflow Sub-Levels
Note: Any changes made to a workflow sub-level will not impact applications that have already passed through it. However, applications that are currently in the sub-level may be impacted.

Navigate to the Program Setup > Workflows area.

In the Structure tab, select the ellipsis icon next to the workflow sub-level and then Edit sub-level.

In the Edit Sub-Level screen, update its name, description, or settings.

Save all changes.
Workflow sub-levels shown in the Structure tab must be arranged into the order in which you want submitted applications to progress as they move through the overarching workflow level.

Navigate to the Program Setup > Workflows area.

In the Structure tab, select the ellipsis icon next to the workflow sub-level and then either Move sub-level down or Move sub-level up.
Note: Changes to the order will be saved automatically.

Navigate to the Program Setup > Workflows area.

In the Structure tab, select the ellipsis icon next to the workflow sub-level and then Disable sub-level.

Confirm the action before the workflow sub-level can be disabled.
Note: Disabling a sub-level will not disable the workflow level to which it is assigned.
It is important to note that disabling a workflow level can have the following impacts:

Applicants can no longer be routed into the disabled sub-level, but can be routed out of the sub-level at any time.

Workflow sub-level actions remain enabled for the applications currently in the disabled sub-level.

Workflow Level Automation rules routing to the sub-level will automatically be inactivated and removed from sequencing.

Navigate to the Program Setup > Workflows area.

In the Structure tab, select the ellipsis icon next to workflow sub-level and then Enable sub-level.

Confirm the action before the workflow sub-level can be enabled.
It is important to note that enabling a workflow sub-level can have the following impacts:

Applications can be routed to the sub-level.

Workflow Level Automation rules routing to the sub-level will automatically be activated if they were deactivated when the sub-level was previously disabled.
