Volunteering - Charities

This dashboard focuses on the charities for which your employees volunteer.

Note: When Volunteering dashboards include donation data, they only include donations in the "Complete" or "Processed" status. To view "Not active", "On hold", or "Processing" donations, see the Donations dashboard.

  • Date

  • Charity Country

  • Charity State or Province

  • Charity Name

  • Event Classification

  • Employee Active status

Key Performance Indicators

On the Volunteering Charities dashboard, you can see summary data for four key performance indicators, or KPIs:

  • Volunteer Engagement: The percentage of employees who have volunteered.

  • Total Volunteer Hours

  • Volunteer Count: Total number of employees who volunteered.

  • Volunteered Charities: Number of charities for which your employes volunteered.

Volunteering by Charity Location

View all locations in which your employees volunteered. Each map section's color corresponds to volunteer hours, with darker color indicating more volunteer hours.

Note: Selecting a region on the map will filter the rest of the visualizations on this page to display data for that region only.

To adjust the map to a more granular level, hover over a location, then select Drill down. For example, you can hover over a state and select Drill down to view that state's data by county.

To adjust the map to a higher level, hover over a location and select Drill up. For example, you can hover over a state and select Drill up to view data at a country-level.

View your top five charities by volunteer hours.

Volunteering by Cause Area and Charity Category

For these graphs, you can view which kinds of charities are most popular in your community. Volunteer Hours is the default metric, but you can view data for another metric by selecting it from the drop down menu.

Volunteered Charities

Volunteered Charities displays all charities with volunteer activity, providing the following information:

  • Volunteer Hours

  • Employee Volunteer Hours

  • Guest Volunteer Hours

  • Volunteers

  • Engagement Rate

  • Events

From this table, you can access an organization's charity details page:

  1. Select a charity from the table.

  2. Select Select a charity in the table to view the Charity Detail Page to open the charity details page.
