Charity detail pages

Charity detail pages provide insight into your employees' overall interaction with a charity across your Giving, Volunteering, and Grants data.

You can access charity details pages from:

• Giving, Charities, in the Donated Charities table.

• Volunteering, Charities, in the Volunteered Charities table.

• The Charity Discovery tool

To open a charity details page:

1. Select a charity from the table.

2. Select Select a charity in the table to view the Charity Detail Page or select Charity Detail Page.

Charity detail pages include the following data:

• Summary data about the charity: When available, includes a description, logo, Registration ID, and address.

• Total Community Investment: Provides a total of both Giving and Grants data.

• Total Participant Engagement Rate %: Provides the percentage of your employees who have engaged with this charity.

• Total Donation Amount: Provides the total Giving amount for this charity.

• Total Volunteer Hours: Provides the total number of volunteer hours for this charity.

• Total Participants by Year: Displays your organization's participation with this charity, broken out by both year and participation type.

• Total Community Investment by Year: Displays your organization's total monetary investment in the charity, broken out by year. This includes both Giving and Grants data.

  • You can select Quarterly or Monthly to adjust the time frame in this graph.

• Event Details: Displays event information for this charity, including the number of volunteers and volunteer hours for each event. This view displays by default.

• Grants by Program: Displays grant program information for this charity, including the number of applications, awards, and award amounts. To see this view, select Grant Program.

• Employee Giving by Work Location: Displays Giving data, broken out by location. To see this view, select Employee Location.
