Reports and Tools
CMS provides many reports and tools to help you manage and analyze your site. You can list all the content types or draft documents in your site, for example, or view the total amount of storage and bandwidth used by your site. CMS reports and tools are categorized in the following way:
Note: If any custom tools have been built specifically for your organization, you may also see a Custom Administration Operations area with direct UI access to those tools.
Each of your organization's sub-sites, or hosts, has its own Reports and Tools page. What you see and the tasks you can perform depend on your administrative role. For instance, a Website Administrator can perform most tasks on the Reports and Tools page including running reports, viewing statistics, and other site-wide tasks such as managing content types. If a folder-level administrator tries to access a page available only to Website Administrators, an access-denied page displays with links to sign in, contact the Website Administrator, and register as a new user.
