Content Editor
The Content Editor is a powerful and flexible tool designed to help you create engaging, personalized, and targeted content across a variety of applications—including PageBuilder, Page Wrappers, email, StoryBuilder, Advocacy, and Stationery. Whether you're building visually or working directly with code, the editor gives you full control over how you craft your message.
You can choose between two editing modes:
-
WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get): This is the default visual editor. It’s ideal for users who prefer a straightforward, no-code experience. You can format text, insert images, add links, and apply personalization or conditionals simply by selecting tools from the toolbar. As you build, you’ll see your content take shape as it will appear to your audience.
-
Select Use Plain Text Editor above the toolbars to switch to the plain text mode.
-
-
Plain Text Editor: This option gives you full control over your content’s HTML and CSS. You can still insert personalization and conditionals, but they’ll appear as s-tags (structured tags) rather than visual elements. While this editor supports all the same features as WYSIWYG, it’s best suited for users who are comfortable writing and editing code. Unlike the visual editor, you won’t see a live preview as you work.
