Cancel and Refund Tickets and Registrations

Cancel Attendee Registrations

Go to Event Management and select the event.

Locate the attendee in the Manage Attendees list.

Select Cancel Registration to remove the attendee from the event.

Confirm the cancellation to update the event roster.
Refund Options

Full Refund: Return the entire ticket or registration amount.

Partial Refund: Issue a portion of the original payment.

No Refund: Cancel the registration without financial adjustment.

Refunds can be processed through the Transaction Manager or attendee record. See Cancel and Refund Tickets and Registrations.
