Write the Message as HTML Content
Write your email message using the WYSIWYG content editor which has both a WYSIWYG Editor and a Plain Text Editor. Keep in mind that HTML emails contain pictures and image while plain text emails do not include images or any HTML formatting.
Note: When available, use the "Paste from Word" tool when pasting content from another source to prevent invalid HTML.
You can include images, links to other web pages, components that display activity information, personalized content, or conditionals that display content to specific constituents only.
Note: If you plan to update your HTML content, any edits made directly to the converted plain text content would be overwritten if Convert to Plain Text is clicked a second time. Consider waiting until the HTML content is final before formatting plain text, or keep track of your changes in HTML and manually reproduce them in plain text without clicking Convert to Plain Text again.
