Add CAPTCHA or reCAPTCHA
To protect your TeamRaiser registration form from fraudulent activity, add a CAPTCHA question. This question uses the CAPTCHA version set for your site to provide CAPTCHA or reCAPTCHA protection.

From the top of any Administrator page, click Fundraising >TeamRaiser.
On the TeamRaiser List page, click Edit from the Action column of the appropriate event.
Click the Select Event Options task.
Under Related Actions on left, click Edit Event Questions.
Add reCAPTCHA v3
Note: To use Google reCAPTCHA v3, set the SEC_CAPTCHA_VERSION Site Option to RECAPTCHA_v3, as described in Add CAPTCHA or reCAPTCHA.
On the Add Questions page of your form configuration, click Add a Question.
From the Question Type drop-down list, click CAPTCHA and then click Next.
Click Preview to review your form.
By default, the Google reCAPTCHA v3 image displays in the lower-right of the form. No question or interactive prompt displays.
Note: Preview opens a pop-up window. If the preview doesn't open, check that a pop-up blocker hasn't prevented the window from displaying.
Click Finish.
To determine where this question displays within the question section on the page, use the Order field.
Add an original CAPTCHA prompt
On the Add Questions page, click Add a Question.
From the Question Type drop-down list, click CAPTCHA and then click Next.
In the Question Text area, enter directions for entering the displayed string (for example, Enter the phrase shown in the following field:)
Select the Answer Required checkbox.
Note: The CAPTCHA question should always be required.
For Security Category, choose who sees the original CAPTCHA version question:
General displays the question to everyone
--OR--
Select an category from the drop-down list to display the question only to a specific audience or group of users
To update the contact record of the responding constituent with the response to this question, click the Yes, update the following field with the answer to this question checkbox and then, if the field:
Already exists in the contact record, click the appropriate field from the drop-down lists
--OR--
Does not yet exist, click Enable new custom field and enter the special category name and field name to add to the contact record for this information.
To preview your CAPTCHA question:
Click Preview.
Note: Preview opens a pop-up window. If the preview does not open, check that your pop-up blocker has not prevented the window from displaying.
Review your question text and options, then close the Preview window and make changes.
Repeat these steps until the question displays correctly.
Tip: Use the Order field on the Question List to set the question order.
Click Finish.
