Before you start
You need a campaign for your donation form. A campaign sets details such as the Merchant Account and fundraising goal.
About donation forms
Designated Giving
If you include the giving pattern for Designated Giving or Flexible Designated Giving levels, you can specify that all funds collected on a form go to a specific entity or person, such as the History Department or Jane Doe, using the Designee field.
Configure a responsive layout to optimize the form for any device. Use an HTML5 PageWrapper with accepted device sizes entered into the CSS. See CSS Code Snippet for Responsiveness and Make a Donation Form Responsive.
Choose whether to accept offline donations, such as checks or cash, that an administrator must enter.
Define a Source Code to identify donors who used the donation form. Source codes can be in the form of a phrase, such as DFSpringRun2022.
You can also define a subsource code to differentiate between a series of forms grouped together. For example, you can enter DFSpringRun2022 as the source code for the forms in the campaign and AUSTIN as the subsource code.
