Update Your Administrator Request

If the Blackbaud Compliance team needs more information to review your Administrator Request, they place it on hold instead of declining it. You keep the same request. Update the details or documents they ask for, resubmit, and your request returns to review.

What to Expect When a Revision Is Requested

When the Blackbaud Compliance team requests a revision:

Update and Resubmit Your Request

  1. Sign in to Blackbaud Verified Network. For help, see Sign In and Account Setup.

  2. In My Nonprofits, find the request with the On Hold status. Select the ellipsis icon next to it and then Update request.

  3. Read the reviewer's feedback in the warning message on the page.

  4. Update the information or documents the feedback describes. For document requirements, see Documents Accepted for Role Verification and Proof of Identity.

  5. Select Submit request.

After you resubmit, the status returns to Pending and you receive a confirmation email. Preview it in Email Preview: Administrator Request Received. The Blackbaud Compliance team then reviews your updated request and emails you when the review is complete.

Tip: If you no longer need the request, select Cancel administrator request from the same options menu.

If a Request Isn't Updated in 30 Days

Requests that stay On Hold for 30 days are canceled automatically, and the request no longer appears in My Nonprofits. We email you when this happens. Preview the message in Email Preview: Your Nonprofit Administrator Request Was Canceled.

To continue, select Request to manage a nonprofit in My Nonprofits and submit a new Administrator Request. For steps, see Become a Nonprofit Administrator.
