Accept or Decline Invitation
If you're added as a new user for a nonprofit organization in NPOconnect, you'll be sent an invitation email that allows you to accept or decline your new role.
Note: This process is the same for new and existing users. Invitations expire 60 days from the date sent.

In your email inbox, find and open the email titled You have been invited to administer a nonprofit organization. Select either Accept invitation or Decline invitation to proceed.

In the new browser window that opens, confirm your decision by selecting Accept invite or Decline invite.

Once complete, you'll receive confirmation that the invitation was successfully accepted or declined. If you accepted the invitation, this organization will appear in My Nonprofits the next time you log in to your account.
Tip: Select Back to Sign in to navigate to the NPOconnect Sign In page. From here, you can create your account if you're new to NPOconnect or sign in to your existing account using the email address associated with this nonprofit.
