The latest updates available to you in Raiser's Edge NXT are listed below. If you don't see a feature yet, it may be included in a future release wave.

Online Engagement

Now, you can collect supporter titles and suffixes on Standard Donation Forms, constituent forms, and membership forms. You choose which titles and suffixes are available in Form settings, then add them to forms, customize field labels, and make them required when needed. Supporters see the selected options, and their submitted values are saved to their constituent records. You can also add title and suffix information in a form's thank-you emails, helping you create more personal communications.

Gift Processing

You can now manage gift notes directly in the grid batch. Add the new Notes column to the grid, then enter a gift type, date, summary, and note.

You can now link one or more membership records to a gift directly in grid batch. Add the Membership column to the batch, then open the Link membership modal to view and link to any of the donor's existing memberships.

Settings

Classify donors by giving level directly from Settings. The new Donor levels option under Donor analysis gives you six ready-to-use donor levels — Annual, Leadership, Mid level, Major, Principal, and Transformational — that you can reorder, adjust, deactivate, and reactivate to match how your organization segments donors.
