Manage Constituent Forms

From Online Giving select Constituent forms to view a list of forms or create a new one. From the list you can view a form's name, status, last modified date, number of submissions, and the number of visits.

From a form's ellipsis, you are able to:

• Create a form.

• Edit a form.

• Preview a form.

• Copy a form.

• Delete a form.

After you test a constituent form and you are ready to use it, configure it to accept submissions and publish it.
