Registration form designer
Use the Registration form designer to build online registration forms for your events.
When an event requires a fee to register, both the event and the registration form must be ready to accept payments. Prior to creating a form, set both a fund and at least one fee on the event. For more information, see Funds and Fees.
To create a form for a free event, see Online Registration Forms for Free Events.
Tip: Before you add a form, navigate to Tools, Settings, Form settings and choose the default email, address, and phone type values to assign to new and updated constituent records created by registration forms.
1. Get started
Configure the base settings for the form. Enter the form details and the defaults for new constituents. See Online Registration Form Get Started.
2. Form
Create the content of your form. You can add, edit, remove, and arrange fields for your form. See Online Registration Form Builder
3. Confirmations
Set up the confirmation email and page that registrants receive after they complete their registrations. You can also set up email notifications to alert your staff members each time a registration is completed through this registration form and allow registrants to add the event to their calendars. See Online Registration Form Confirmations.
4. Publish
Under Publish, copy the link to your registration form or copy your registration form's code to embed in your website. See Publish Online Registration Form.
