To create donation forms and track their performance, from Online Giving, select Overview.

Create a Donation Form

There are two ways to create a form:

• From Online Giving, Overview, select New donation form.

• From Online Giving, Donation forms, select New form.

You can create Standard and Optimized Donation Forms.

• Optimized Donation Forms use refined data and branding cards to create a streamlined and engaging donor experience with minimal setup.

• Standard Donation Forms give you more control during setup and let you include fields and style elements such as divider lines, headers, and gift comments.

Track Performance Across Donation Forms

To review how your donation forms are performing from Online Giving, select Overview:

• Performance summary shows giving trends over a period of time.

• How are you raising more shows the revenue you generate from key donation forms features.

• Conversion rate shows how effectively your donation forms turn website visitors into donors.

• Top performing forms show the three donation forms with the highest amount raised.

Tip: To view a summary of metrics for a specific donation form, select the form from Online Giving, Donation forms.
