View the total amount raised, average gift amount, and total number of gifts received through all your donation forms over a selected time. You can filter by gift type.
Tip: To view this data for a specific form, select the form under Recently Accessed or All donation forms.
The gifts display shortly after the donation is processed through a donation form. Donor cover fees are included in the gift amounts. For more information, see Fee Coverage.
Changes made to the donation after the initial transaction, such as a refund, are not reflected in the chart.
For recurring gifts, only the first recurring gift payments are included in the chart. It doesn't include first payments or subsequent payments scheduled in the future.
Tip: Select ... to view the chart in full screen, print it, or export it. You can export it as either an image file, which you can then embed in an application of your choice, or as a csv or Microsoft Excel (XLSX) file to report on data such as amount raised, average amounts, and total donations.
