Performance for Donation Forms
Performance data from your donation forms shows how effectively they are meeting your organization's goals. You can view the data across all donation forms from Online Giving, such as:

Recurring gift upsell is only available for Standard Donation Forms. Its data includes the projected recurring gift total and the number of donors who converted from one-time gifts. You can enable it on all forms at once or just specific forms.

View the total amount raised, average gift amount, and total number of gifts received through all your donation forms over a selected time. You can filter by gift type.
Tip: To view this data for a specific form, select the form under Recently Accessed or All donation forms.
The gifts display shortly after the donation is processed through a donation form. Donor cover fees are included in the gift amounts. For more information, see Fee Coverage.
Changes made to the donation after the initial transaction, such as a refund, are not reflected in the chart.
For recurring gifts, both the first recurring gift payment and all subsequent payments are included in the chart.
Tip: Select the ellipsis on the chart to view the chart in full screen, print it, or export it. You can export it as either an image file, which you can then embed in an application of your choice, or as a csv or Microsoft Excel (XLSX) file to report on data such as amount raised, average amounts, and total donations.

Summary is an overview of key pieces of data:

Contributions is the total donation amount of one-time gifts and the first payment of recurring gifts made during checkout.

Conversion rate is the percentage of website visitors who make a donation on a donation form.

The amount saved in transaction processing fees.

The Top performing forms includes donation forms with the highest total amount raised, number of transactions, and top gift amount per form.
Tip: To view data for a specific donation forms, select it under Recently accessed or All donation forms.

To view a donation form's recent gifts, select the form from All donation forms under Related links. Under Performance, you can view the Recent donations table. It displays the donor's name and email, gift type and amount, and date of the gift.
To download the recent donations, select the ellipsis in the corner of the table and choose the format to download.
Note: If you have Raiser's Edge NXT, you can also view whether the gift is approved in batch.

The Referral visits summary for a donation form shows data based on where donors accessed the form. For each referring URL under Referrer, it displays the number of page views and donations, and the donation amount.
To download the summary, select the form from All donation forms under Related links. Under Performance, you can view the summary table. Select the ellipsis in the corner of the table and choose the format to download.

Referrer is the URL of the webpage the donor accessed the form from.
Note: Some browsers remove the / before the ? in URLs. If this happens, you may have what appears to be the same URL as two different referrers in the table. However, one will have a / before the ? while the other one does not.

Page views is the number of views per the referrer.

Number of donations is count of one-time gifts and the first payments of recurring gifts per the referrer.

Donation amount is gift amount of one-time gifts and the first payments of recurring gifts per the referrer.
