Extended Care

Use extended care to track student participation and to bill families for before and after school programs. Program billing is incorporated alongside tuition and fees already in Tuition Management and charges appear on existing accounts.

Access the Extended care menu via the gray footer of the Tuition management site. The menu then appears at the top as a drop down menu.

To add charges in bulk to families’ accounts, based on daily activity, users create:

  • An extended care charge – the standard and late (if applicable) amounts charged per program. See Manage Charges.

  • An extended care group (optional) – a group of students often in extended care programs. See Manage Groups.

  • An extended care session – the daily program recurrence. See Manage Sessions.

  • Charges to be added to a family’s account. Users also update each student's drop off and pick-up times to manage charges. Do this from the Extended Care Dashboard.

You'll also use:

  • The extended care Extended Care Dashboard to view sessions in various stages of completion, edit attendees, edit timing by student, and apply charges.

  • Use the Revenue Report to view applied charges and payments made to those charges by the family.
