Social Sign-in
When you create your Blackbaud ID, you can choose to authenticate through social sign in, which is a form of single sign-on that uses your credentials from a social networking service to sign in to your Blackbaud ID. This avoids the need to manage login credentials for your Blackbaud ID and uses your social sign-in account for authentication requirements, password resets, and other needs.
The social sign-in options that are available for Blackbaud ID are Apple, Facebook, Google, and Microsoft. Keep in mind that these social networking services are completely independent from Blackbaud, and authentication issues with your account are handled outside of Blackbaud.
Individual users decide whether to configure their Blackbaud IDs to sign in with social sign-in, and this is not controlled by their organization or by Blackbaud. This means that Blackbaud and other parties can't deactivate or disconnect the social sign-in.
Note: If your organization enables single sign-on and your email address is in their claimed domains, you can't authenticate through social sign in.
