Award cycle dashboard
Note: The Award cycle dashboard is in limited availability.
The Award cycle dashboard offers a centralized view of the award cycle. You can use the dashboard throughout the year to monitor data insights on the different stages of the award cycle, gauge performance of each stage, and review fund summaries. See Work with system grids for filtering information and performing bulk actions.
Note: If you're not a system administrator, you'll only see data included in your scopes. For more on scopes, see Scopes.
For opportunity admins, the landing page defaults to the Award cycle dashboard. You can select an alternate landing page. See Change default landing page or dashboard for more information.
There are different award cycle stages you can monitor through Award cycle dashboard: Application stage, Review stage, Awarding stage, Post-acceptance stage, Payment disbursement stage, and Cycle management stage.

Review your application questions and adjust them before your cycle starts, and before students start submitting their applications. This stage is categorized by the application type: General, Conditional, and Opportunity.
-
General application: Shows the number of applications submitted. The number increases as applicants submit their general application. Selecting Applications submitted takes you to the General applications grid. You can filter by the Submitted category to monitor the submitted applications. View details takes you to the General application details page where you can review the General application details and questions and make any changes before the cycle starts.
-
Conditional and Opportunity applications: Shows the number of applications published (applicants filled out) and submitted (applicants actually submitted). Selecting Applications published opens the Opportunities grid that is filtered on published opportunity status to allow you to manage and review published applications.
Select View options takes you to the application-specific grids to drill down into the applications submitted. You can filter by the Submitted category to see all submitted applications for each opportunity type.
For Opportunity applications, you can see the opportunities published for auto-match applications, not the count for submitted as an applicant does not submit a direct application. To view the submitted auto-match applications, select View applications, and filter the grid by the submitted category.
Note: The application count on the dashboard are based on open, unarchived opportunities.
