Fundraiser Pages

Fundraiser pages provide a dedicated space for employees to raise awareness and funds for eligible charities. Each fundraiser page displays custom content, donation options, progress tracking, and sharing capabilities to help maximize engagement and fundraising impact.

Fundraiser Donation Options

Fundraisers offer credit card, payroll, and offline donations, if those donation types have been enabled for your community.

Select New Donation to submit a credit card or payroll donation. Select Log a Donation to submit an offline donation.

Note: Available donation types vary by processor. Work with your Customer Success Manager to determine which processors should be included in your fundraiser-eligible charity list.

Progress Tracking

If the fundraiser creator set a public goal amount for the fundraiser, a progress bar appears on the fundraiser page. The progress bar visually displays:

  • Current donation total in relation to the goal amount

  • Percentage of goal reached

Note: The progress bar total includes company match contributions only after match contributions have been approved by an admin.

The progress bar displays tooltip text when the user hovers over it. Admins can customize this text from Fundraiser settings.

Social Share

If social sharing is enabled for your community, a Share This section appears on the fundraiser page. This section displays all enabled social share options, allowing fundraiser creators and donors to easily share the campaign on social media platforms and messaging channels.

External fundraisers help expand your program's reach beyond your employee community by including donations from external supporters. Admins can configure which social share options are available through Fundraiser settings.

Recent Donations

If the fundraiser has received donations, they will appear under Recent Donations.

The donation date will always display. Depending on the donor's selections during checkout, their name or donation amount may also display.

Note: Recent Donations does not display company match contributions.

Recent Donations includes a tooltip informing the user that this section does not display match donations. Admins can customize this text from Fundraiser settings.
