Home page feature widgets

Feature widgets appear on your community's home page and are tied to one or more CSRconnect features. If you have a feature enabled, the corresponding feature widget(s) will be enabled by default and can be hidden by client admins using the toggles.

Note: If a feature is not enabled, the corresponding feature widget(s) cannot be enabled.

Welcome Impact Metrics

Welcome Impact Metrics populates the welcome banner with calculations about the user's impact. The impact metrics are tied to different features and your Customer Success Manager (CSM) manages configuration of some impact metrics.

  • Give metrics: Two customizable metrics appear in the welcome banner when Give is enabled. You can configure these metrics with your CSM to show metrics such as totals for processed donations, scheduled donations, or the number of charities reached.

  • Hours YTD: This metric appears when Volunteer is enabled. This widget is not configurable.

  • Incentives Available: This metric appears when Incentives are enabled. This widget is not configurable.

New Opportunities

New Opportunities displays a list of new volunteering opportunities in the Volunteer section of the home page. This feature widget displays by default when Volunteer is enabled.

If there are no available opportunities, this widget will not appear.

My Upcoming Events

My Upcoming Events displays events the user signed up for. This feature widget appears in the Volunteer section of the home page. This feature widget displays by default when Volunteer is enabled.

If the employee has no upcoming events, an option to search for opportunities appears.

Match Programs

Match Programs displays the employee’s available match caps and their individual progress against those match caps. This feature widget is tied to match settings. If the user does not qualify for an active match setting, the widget will not display.

Featured Organizations

Featured Organizations displays company-defined featured organizations. This feature widget appears in the Give section of the home page. Contact your CSM to configure which organizations are included in this widget. This feature widget displays by default when Give and/or Giving Campaigns are enabled.

Note: Your Featured Organizations will also appear on Search Organizations.

Popular Organizations

Popular Organizations displays organizations popular within your community. This feature widget appears in the Give section of the home page and displays when Give and/or Giving Campaigns are enabled. Your CSM can hide this widget if you do not want it to display.

The order of appearance depends on the total donation amount contributed to each charity and the view is updated daily.

Note: Your Popular Organizations will also appear on Search Organizations.

My Favorite Organizations

My Favorite Organizations displays organizations the employee saved as favorites. This feature widget appears in the Give section of the home page and displays by default when Give and/or Giving Campaigns are enabled.

Tip: Users can view the full list of their favorite charities in My Account.

New Fundraisers

New Fundraisers shows new, active fundraisers created within the community and appears in the Fundraisers section of the home page. This feature widget displays by default when Fundraising is enabled.

Community Impact

When enabled, Community Impact displays community-wide totals on the home page for:

  • Amount Donated

  • Total Volunteers

  • Hours Volunteered

  • Charities Supported

Tip: You can hover over the tooltips for additional information about each metric. Donation amounts display in each user's local currency.

The widget will only display headings and totals for enabled features.
