CRA Manager

Clients can collect data relevant to the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) by embedding CRA-specific questions into volunteer activity flows in CSRconnect. CRA-eligible volunteer activity can be auto-approved, or you can require admin approval.

Note: To manage your CRA settings for the event signup flow, see Event settings. To manage your CRA settings for logging individual activity, see Record Individual Activity settings. Reach out to your Customer Success Manager to manage these settings for project signups.

If you have enabled CRA approval, admins can manage CRA requests from the CRA Manager or the Approvals Manager.

To manage CRA requests, you must have the Can Approve CRA permission. See Manage roles.

  1. Navigate to CSRconnect Admin Portal, Volunteer, CRA Manager.

  2. Review any outstanding requests. Select View Request Details to view all available information.

  3. Select either Approve or Decline for the outstanding request.

  4. Optionally, you can enter a comment to the employee regarding the request.

  5. Select Approve Now or Decline Now to complete.

You can also configure email notifications for CRA Manager admins.

  1. Select Manage Admin Emails.

  2. Select an Email Frequency (Never, Daily, Weekly, or Monthly). This applies to all admins with emails enabled.

  3. Select Enable Emails to turn on emails for individual admins.

  4. Select Close.
