Giving Campaign

The Giving Campaign homepage user interface now includes an updated look and feel.

The goals and configurable data appear below the banner.

The banner only includes the campaign name, call to action subheading, do not wish to participate option (if enabled), and primary donation button.

Text and navigation are consistent with other areas of the site.

Translations are verified (if applicable).

Several new columns are now available in Tableau.

You can now edit an SFTP setting after creating it. We have also made improvements to the SFTP settings form, including improved field labels and additional validation.

When configuring SFTP settings, you can now manage FTP destination paths for each data feed type from Edit Report Locations. You can now also edit the Archive Skeleton for each data feed type and set the default file extension for zip files.

CSRconnect Admin Portal

We have moved two additional settings to the CSRconnect Admin Portal so client admins can manage these features without help from their Customer Success Manager:

We have moved the Company Organizations feature toggle to CSRconnect Admin Portal, Volunteer, Company Organizations. Client admins can now enable or turn off the company organizations option for their community.

We have moved volunteer email settings to CSRconnect Admin Portal, Volunteer, Communication Settings. Client admins can now enable or turn off volunteer-related email notifications for their community.

In the CSRconnect Admin Portal, new search fields are now available on Match Settings and NPO Event Settings.

Under Give Settings, Match Settings, enter at least a portion of a match program name to filter for it in the search results.

Under Volunteer, NPO Event Settings, Enable Community Partners, users can select an option in the Search By filter (Organization Name, Registration ID, or Custom Questions) and enter a term in the search field to help narrow results.

The CSRconnect Admin portal now displays character counts beneath custom text fields.

Previously, Exception Status displayed all possible statuses. This filter now only displays exception status options that are applicable for that specific cycle.
