To receive an email notification when new features are added, subscribe to the Product Release Notes in the YourCause Community.

1. Sign in or join the YourCause Community.

2. Select Product Release Notes, then YourCause CSRconnect Release Notes.

3. Select Follow, then select Notify me of new content to manage your notification preferences:

   • Select the bell to receive notifications within the YourCause Community.

   • Select the inbox to receive email notifications.

When performing an organization search, the results now include synonyms and list organizations with exact terms first.

If the Prioritize Headquarters toggle is enabled, the search results will include organizational headquarter locations in the top results.

Note: Other criteria, such as “Match opportunity” or “Needs vetting” flags, may impact search results.

To promote global inclusivity and standardization across all reports, the following reports now include “Postal Code” instead of “ZIP” or “Zip” code references:

• Event Participant Summary Report

• Project Participant Summary Report

• Match Request Report

If an event has one upcoming shift and no custom questions, users can register for the shift using Express Signup. For upcoming shifts, this option bypasses the shift selection and the number of default hours for the shift before they sign up. For a single shift that occurred in the past with no custom questions, users can register their past participation by selecting Express Signup as well.

The Grant Match Program Report is now available in Standard Reports. Admins can view information for employees who have applied for grant program matches.

To help identify the data feed where each column appears, we've added a DataFeedName column to the Data Feed Dictionary. This column is located between DataFeedTypeId and DataFeedColumn.

We have updated the Giving Page, Resource Page, and Voting Page engagement element designs.

For the Giving engagement element, we have minimized clicks to complete a donation by adding new donation buttons that direct the user into the checkout flow. The user no longer lands on the charity page first.

When creating a new role from Manage Roles, you can now import a template of permissions that are commonly used together. After importing the template, you can customize the role’s permissions. For more information, see Manage roles.

We have added toggles to Volunteer Communication Settings so you can easily select or deselect all Event or Project email notifications. For more about these settings, see Event & project communication settings.
