What's coming soon
Recurring credit card donations
Note: This feature is being rolled out to a pilot group at this time.
You will be able to set up recurring donations using a credit card, making it easier to provide ongoing support to your favorite causes. Recurring credit card donations can be scheduled for a weekly, monthly, quarterly, or semi-annual cadence, with the option to set an end date up to three years or to continue indefinitely.
Donors can view recurring donations in the Donation Record Summary on the My Giving page and will receive a confirmation email for their initial donation along with receipts for subsequent charges. Matching donations are supported and can be managed automatically or manually, depending on program configuration.

Home page enhancements
For an improved Home Page experience, we've made the following enhancements:
-
The main image at the top of several pages has been redesigned for a more polished, modern presentation. The main image no longer stretches across the entire page and instead fits the width of the content following it.
-
Home is going away from the home page. Messages and My Account are now available from your profile icon in the top-right of the page instead.
-
Fundraising is now part of the Give menu. This keeps giving‑related options together instead of spreading them out.
-
Groups and Featured now appear directly in the main navigation.
-
The More option has been removed from the main navigation so you don’t have to hunt for things. Fewer clicks mean fewer places to look.
-
The navigation looks and works the same on mobile as it does on desktop, so it’s easier to find things no matter what device you’re using.
-
Organization cards on the home page now show more helpful details, including official registration ID and the organization's address, making them easier to understand and help users make decisions with less effort.
-
Similar options and features are now grouped together where they make the most sense, making the site feel more intuitive.
Engagement Element enhancements
We have made the following enhancements to engagement elements:
-
The Show on Home setting is now Featured. The first five engagement elements with Featured enabled will appear on the home page and in the community navigation.
-
You can now view all active engagement elements on the Featured page. To open this page, select View All from home, or select Featured in the navigation.
Pendo integration in community
We have now integrated Pendo in the CSRconnect community to enhance your employees’ experience. Employee users may now see tool tips, popovers, or notifications about new or changing features.
Search Opportunities and Search Organizations updated for improved user experience
We have updated Search Opportunities (Volunteer) and Search Organizations (Give) to make them more consistent and easier to scan, while keeping all existing functionality you rely on.
-
We’ve updated text colors, fonts, and spacing for a more polished, consistent experience.
-
We truncated longer text lines to keep cards compact and readable.
-
Color-coded badges indicate attributes about each card, such as whether an event is NPO created or a charity is match eligible.
-
On Search Opportunities, date and time details appear on the right side of the opportunity card, while opportunity type, location, charity name, and skills appear on the left. When registration has ended, the opportunity card indicates that in red text.
Giving Campaign
Giving campaign updates
The Giving Campaign experience has been enhanced with the following updates:
-
Renewal pledges must show up in the cart during rollover.
-
Pledges you don't want to continue can be removed directly from cart.
-
An option to opt out of a Giving Campaign is now available.
-
Users who opt out of a campaign now receive a confirmation email.
-
The Giving Campaign home splash area loads more consistently.
Peer to Peer Fundraising
Match eligible toggle added for Peer to Peer Fundraisers
Admins can now turn off match eligibility for individual Peer to Peer Fundraisers. This update allows you to run fundraisers that do not count towards your employees’ match cap.
Note: Fundraisers are match-eligible by default.
Manage fundraiser match eligibility from the Fundraisers Manager.
Reporting
Campaign Opted Out List report retired
We have retired the Campaign Opted Out List report, which was a legacy SSRS report. This report provided data on the Do Not Wish to Participate setting for Giving Campaigns. To report on this data, use the Opted Out List Report under Standard Reports.
CSRconnect Admin Portal
Custom question settings moved to CSRconnect Admin Portal
We have moved custom questions to the CSRconnect Admin Portal so you can manage your custom question sets without help from your Customer Success Manager. You can manage this feature from CSRconnect Admin Portal, Community setup, Community, Custom Questions.
