Update Your Account Information

Your account information - including personal information and address - can be managed in My Account.

Note: For non-SSO users, your name, email address, and password are managed in your Blackbaud ID account or your Google or Apple account if using social sign-in. For more information, see Update Your Name, Email Address, and Password in Blackbaud ID in the Applicant Resources. The instructions are the same both portals.

  1. In GrantsConnect, navigate to your account by clicking on your name at the top of the page and then My account.

  2. In the Personal Information section, update any of the following:

    • Phone Number

    • Language

      Note: The language our site is displayed in is automatically set to your web browser's language preferences. For a list of languages we support, see the FAQ > International Settings resource.

    • Electronic Signature

      Note: For instructions, see Update Your Electronic Signature in the Applicant Resources. The instructions are the same both portals.

  3. Click Save to save your changes.
