Create New Applications

Note: You must have the Grant Application - Can Create or Edit Applications permission to create applications.

Grant Managers are able to create applications in the Grant Manager Portal on behalf of an applicant, to record a grant that was not initiated through GrantsConnect, etc.

  1. Create and configure the application.

    Note: When initially creating the application, you have the option to save it as a Draft to return to later or send it directly to the applicant to complete and submit.

  2. Edit the draft application in the Grant Manager Portal.

  3. Complete and submit the application on behalf of the applicant.

    Tip: If you do not want to complete and submit the application yourself, you can send it to the applicant instead.
