Understand the Applications View for Grant Managers
The Applications view is the main list page where grant managers review, filter, and take action on applications in GrantsConnect.
What You Can Do from the Applications View
From this list, you can:
-
Search and filter applications to focus on specific records.
-
Adjust table options and visible columns for your workflow.
-
Start actions for one or more eligible applications, such as approve, decline, archive, notify of status, download, and tag updates.
Note: Available actions and visible values can vary based on permissions, workflow level, and application status.
View Linked Nomination Data
When an application has a linked nomination form, the nomination data appears as a read-only section in the Application View. You can review the data, but you cannot edit it or take action on the nomination form.
Understand Amount Values in the List
When values are available for an application, the row can display these funding amounts:
-
Cash Amount Requested
-
In-Kind Amount Requested
-
Recommended Funding Amount
-
Cash Award Amount
-
In-Kind Award Amount
The list hides zero or blank values for these amount fields. When currency-conversion details are available, the row also shows those converted values.
