Groups

Use the Groups dashboard to report on your CSRconnect group engagement. For more about groups, see Groups in the CSRconnect Help.

Note: The Groups dashboard only includes Active groups.

Key Performance Indicators

On the Groups dashboard, you can see summary data for your key performance indicators (KPIs):

  • Group Engagement: Total number of employees with group membership, divided by the number of active employees

Note: The system calculates the number of active employees for a given date range based on employees' hire dates and inactive dates (when applicable). When there is no provided hire date, the system will use the date the employee was added to the HR file.

  • Total Group Members: The sum of each group's member count

Warning: If an employee is in multiple groups, they will be counted multiple times.

  • Group Member Join Rate

  • Group Member Attrition Rate

Group Members by Employee Location

You can view all locations in which your employees have joined a group. Each map section's color corresponds to group member counts, with darker color indicating more group members in that region. Hover over the map to view values for that region.

Note: Selecting a region on the map will filter the rest of the visualizations on this page to display data for that region only.

To adjust the map to a more granular level, hover over a location, then select Drill down. For example, you can hover over a state and select Drill down to view that state's data by county.

To adjust the map to a higher level, hover over a location and select Drill up. For example, you can hover over a state and select Drill up to view data at a country-level.

Group Population Year-over-Year

You can view group participation year-over-year. Hover over the graph to view values, or select a year in this graph to filter the entire dashboard.

Group Member Engagement

You can view engagement based on each group's join rate, attrition rate, and size.

Each group bubble's location relates to the group's join and attrition rates. For example, groups with a low attrition rate and a high join rate are growing and will be in the upper left of the graph. Groups with a high attrition rate and low join rate are shrinking and will appear in the lower right.

The size of each group's bubble relates to the group's population size. Larger bubbles show larger groups.

Groups Engagement

You can view group engagement data by group program, by an employee attribute, or by group events.
