Opportunity Details

Under Details on an opportunity's record, you can view and manage the intended uses for the associated gifts, as well as how likely you are to receive them.

To adjust information that appears under Details, select Edit, make the necessary adjustments and select Save.

Campaign

In Campaign, see which fundraising effort the opportunity’s gifts support, such as operating expenses, a new building, or an endowment. For more information, see Campaigns.

Tip: To see campaign details, select its description to open its record. For more information, see Campaign Records.

Fund

In Fund, see the specific cause or financial purpose for the opportunity’s gifts, such as the landscaping for a larger building campaign. For more information, see Funds.

Tip: To view fund details about the fund, select its description to open its record. For more information, see Fund Records.

Gift type

In Gift type, view how you expect to receive gifts that results from the opportunity, such as recurring commitments or gifts-in-kind.

Likelihood

In Likelihood, see your confidence level for receiving gifts from the opportunity.

Note: Manage confidence levels from Proposal Ratings in Tables. For more information, see Tables.

Tip: In the database view, likelihoods appear as ratings.
