Intelligent Tag Definitions
Intelligent tags — previously known as Tags — are insights that appears automatically on constituent records and lists when a donor meets specific criteria, such as recent giving or an upcoming birthday. These tags are updated through a nightly process that evaluates constituent behavior, helping fundraisers quickly understand key donor activity without manual review.
Tip: Intelligent tags are different from Attachment tags. Learn more about Attachment tags, including how to add or remove them.
