Get Started with Donation Forms for Raiser's Edge NXT
Donation Forms from Online Giving help increase gift size, reduce fees, and grow your donor base. Follow these steps to get started.
Prerequisites
To use Blackbaud Donation Forms, your organization must:

Have an active Blackbaud Merchant Services account

Set your organization's currency in Raiser's Edge NXT
Configure form settings
To set preferences for your donation forms, go to Settings, select Tools, then select Form settings. These options let you define key details about your constituents. Some settings also affect online registration forms in Events.
You can set:

Email type under Email mapping.

Address type under Address mapping.

Phone type for NANP and Other under Phone mapping.

Constituent code under Constituent code mapping.

Tracking for donor behaviors under Google tracking or
-
Privacy policy URL under Privacy Policy.
Set donor cover designation
You can set a donor cover designation to allocate fees when donors cover transaction costs and create split gifts.
If you don't set a designation, Raiser's Edge NXT uses the gift fund set in the form.

For Optimized Donation Forms, the amount toward fees is allocated to the form's default fund.

For Standard Donation Forms, the amount toward fees is allocated to the first designation the donor selects if their gift is split between multiple designations.
To set a designation for donor cover fees:

Go to Settings and select Control panel.

Select Gift management.
-
Under Donor cover designation, select Update.

Select a designation for the fees.

Select Save.
Create donation forms
