Smaller predicted gift prospects to downgrade
Under Smaller predicted gift prospects to downgrade, you can access prospects who are mid-level prospects. Review this list to confirm these prospects are assigned to the appropriate gift officer, i.e., fundraisers working with mid-level donors.
Note: Prospect Insights Pro automatically creates lists using your prospect pool and predictive analytics to determine list composition. For more information on list availability and size, see Manage Prospect Insights Pro lists.

Tip: Use filters to save time.
– To display only prospects who meet predictive giving criteria associated with a Prospect Insights Pro model, from PI models, select a model and then the criteria. For more information, see Prospect Insights Pro models.
– To filter the list by assigned fundraisers, select them from Fundraiser filter. Only active fundraisers appear in the list. To view all fundraisers, including those whose constituent record is marked inactive, select Show inactive.
Note: The Fundraiser filter is only available to authorized users. For more information, see Roles, tasks, and permissions and Permissions.
– To see specific types of constituents, filter the list by selecting constituent codes from Constituent codes.
Note: Changes to constituent codes may take some time before they are reflected in the Constituent codes filter. For more information, see Constituent codes.
Prospects are listed in priority order based on who needs action first. Therefore, we suggest that you start at the top of the list.
For each candidate in the list:

Analysis
From Analysis you can view the following information:

Planned giving likelihood
Under Recommendations, you can see the recommended actions to take for a prospect. The recommendations are based on the summary analysis, which appears under Analysis. The analysis also indicates why a prospect appears in this list.
Note: Recommendations are suggestions for one possible course of action based on our predictive analytics. However, your personal knowledge of the prospect, along with other factors, may dictate there is a better approach to take. Recommendations are meant to provide a starting point for consideration and should not limit any possible actions you can take.
Biographical
Under Biographical you can view a prospect's age, address, relationship information (including spousal fundraiser assignments), and Constituent codes. The information is drawn from the prospect's constituent record.

Prospect management
Under Prospect management you can view a prospect's assigned fundraisers, their status, any open actions, and current opportunities. The information is drawn from the prospect's constituent record.

Giving
Under Giving you can view a snapshot of a prospect's giving to your organization over the last five years, including the first, latest, and greatest gifts given to your organization, as well as those given to other organizations.
Wealth
Under Wealth you can view a prospect’s estimated net worth and total confirmed assets. For more information about specific wealth attributes, see Giving Indicators.

If not, remove any major gift officers and reassign to fundraisers working with mid-level donors.

Select Manage fundraisers and then for each major gift fundraisers, select End assignment and enter an end date for the assignment.

Select Add fundraiser. Search for and select a fundraiser who works with mid-level donors.

Select Finish review.

Consider adding an action for the candidate to re-evaluate the prospect's interest in giving a major gift. To add an action for the candidate, select Add action. For more information about actions and how to work with them, see Actions.

Select Finish review.
Fundraisers: to unassign yourself as the fundraiser for this candidate, select Remove from my portfolio.
Leadership:
Note: Removing assigned fundraisers removes the fundraisers from the Raiser’s Edge NXT constituent's record. For more information, see Fundraiser Assignments.
Note: Any actions you add appear on the prospect's constituent record.

Note: The candidate is removed from the Smaller predicted gift prospects to downgrade list. They are not removed from your Raiser’s Edge NXT constituent records. And, if the candidate is still assigned to a fundraiser, the candidate's Prospect Insights Pro data is viewable via Your prospects.
