Under Analysis, you can view metrics to help you evaluate the impact of your prospecting efforts and track how your portfolio's quality has changed.
Qualification and assignment metrics
If you have permission to assign prospects, you can view assignment and qualification metrics for the past twelve months and cumulative totals for each. You can also see Target gift range values for assigned prospects. Use the qualification and assignment statistics to gauge capacity.
Prospects qualified
Prospects qualified measures the number of qualification actions taken within Prospect Insights.
Under Prospects qualified, you can view the following information:

the number of prospects qualified within Prospect Insights over the past 12 months, unless otherwise indicated
-
the total minimum target gift range (TGR) for prospects qualified within Prospect Insights over the past 12 months, unless otherwise indicated
We recommend that you qualify prospects to build a prospect pool, ensuring there are available candidates to assign to gift officers when they have the capacity to take on new prospects. Try to keep portfolios to a manageable size while optimizing for target gift range values. For more information on qualifying prospects, see Untapped candidates.
Prospect assigned
Prospects assigned measures the number of prospects assigned from anywhere in Raiser’s Edge NXT.
Under Prospect assigned, you can view the following information:

the number of prospects assigned to fundraisers from anywhere in Raiser's Edge NXT over the past 12 months
-
the total minimum target gift range (TGR) for prospects assigned from anywhere in Raiser's Edge NXT over the past 12 months
Giving by assigned prospects
In addition to showing the total and mean cumulative giving values each year over the past few years by assigned prospects, this chart also displays the percentage of assigned prospects who gave over specific benchmark values. For example, if 24% appears under the >$10k column for a specific year, it means 24% of assigned prospects gave over $10,000 to your organization for the indicated year.
The values displayed represent currently assigned prospects. So, if someone is assigned in the current year, their giving data is included for all prior years, even if they were not assigned during those years. The cumulative giving data is grouped by calendar year.
Quality metrics
Use the quality metrics to help you track how your portfolio quality has changed since you began using Prospect Insights. As you continue to use Prospects Insights, you'll be able to gauge your portfolio's progress over time.
Portfolio quality
The Portfolio quality tile displays your portfolio's proportion of initial and current high potential prospects. Your quality will improve as you assign qualified untapped candidates and dismiss those with low likelihood for major giving.
Note: If your organization just started using Prospect Insights, it may take a few days for this data to appear in the tile.
Portfolio quality over time
The Portfolio quality over time chart displays changes in high potential prospects by month. You can also filter the chart to view quality changes by fundraiser. To view a list of prospects included in the chart, select the column for the desired month.
