Community Reinvestment Act (CRA)

For clients who need to collect information for Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) compliance, CSRconnect provides a centralized place for tracking, monitoring, and reporting on CRA-related volunteer activities

You can create a CRA survey through the custom questions feature, then embed CRA surveys in volunteer flows. Events, projects, and individual activities can all be CRA-eligible.

Set Up CRA

Community admins can enable CRA functionality through the following options:

• Enable a CRA survey for event creators or project creators

• Enable a CRA survey for volunteer participants (all volunteer types)

• Require CRA approval for volunteer participants (all volunteer types)

• Determine whether all events and projects are CRA-eligible, or if event and project creators should indicate whether a shift or project is eligible

If enabled, use the CRA Approvals feature enables admin oversight of CRA-eligible volunteer activities. See CRA Manager.

CRA Reporting

Use the CRA Creator Report and CRA Participation Report to view details for your CRA-eligible volunteer activity.
