What's coming soon
-
As part of the upcoming 24.6.0 release, targeted for May 28, 2024, we will update a few CSRconnect data feeds.
-
YourCause customers will begin receiving auto-generated funding requests in phases, starting in July 2024. More information will be provided prior to this update.
General community
If you are an auto provisioning client and you do not provide a currency code, your currency code will be based on your country by default. Previously, your currency code would have defaulted to USD.
If you want to change your currency code, an admin must change this setting in CSRconnect Admin Portal, Users, Non HR Employees by selecting the Edit icon next to your user.
The Stranded Funds Automation process can now resolve funds stranded due to a charity losing giving eligibility or becoming inactive on the YourCause platform. For more information, see Stranded Funds Automation.
CSRconnect will automatically save the user's time zone upon login based on their browser settings. Users can view and change their time zone from the My Account page.
For more information, see My Account.
Give
We made updates for the streamlined checkout flow for both Donation Activity and Donation History.
-
When a donation or scheduled pledge is eligible for a match, you can select Redeem Match, which was previously Apply Now.
-
The charity organization name is now a hyperlink to the organization's page.
-
Selecting the donation status now pops up a modal describing the status, similar to match status.
For the Scheduled section under Donation Activity, these are updates for the Action column.
-
Edit donation is now Edit.
-
Cancel Donation is now Cancel.
-
The Edit match details and Cancel and Reapply Match options are now covered by Edit, so these options have been removed.
-
Donate again redirects to the charity page tied to the pledge. This option only displays if the organization has the Give feature enabled.
For more information, see My Giving.
