Peer to Peer Fundraising

We have made the following updates to Peer to Peer Fundraisers:

From Explore Fundraisers, users can now filter the fundraiser list for charities eligible for donation.

Explore Fundraisers will no longer display the Featured Fundraiser if that fundraiser has expired.
-
Previously, employees could not view another user’s expired fundraiser. Now, all users can view expired fundraisers. Expired fundraisers are still ineligible for giving.
-
Fundraiser creators and editors can preview their declined or pending fundraisers.
-
To allow employees to see what fundraisers they have supported, My Fundraisers now includes a section for fundraisers the user has donated to.
Volunteer

The employee invitation email now includes the event time based on its respective time zone.

Reporting

The following columns have been added or updated in the Volunteer Events Report:

CSRconnect Admin Portal

To give client admins more control over their community’s peer to peer fundraising, we have moved the following settings to the CSRconnect Admin Portal. Client admins can now manage the following settings without help from their Customer Success Manager:

Set the optional disclaimer text shown to fundraiser creators and donors.
-
Manage your community’s Fundraising Social Share settings, which allow your community’s fundraisers to be shared with external donors.
-
View a warning when your Featured Fundraiser has expired.
-
Enable or turn off the email notifications sent to employees during the fundraiser approval process.
-
Set default Message to Employee text for the fundraiser approval process.

Note: Admins must have the Can manage fundraising design permission to mange these settings.

Previously, the displayed number of outstanding approval requests in the Account Manager only updated when the admin first logged into the CSRconnect Admin Portal.
Now, the outstanding approval request count will update every 5 minutes or when the admin takes an action.

To give admins quick access to their most used pages in the CSRconnect Admin Portal, we have added a Recent Activity section to the homepage. Admins who have visited the following pages will see them listed as links under Recent Activity:
