Volunteer Reporting
To navigate to most of the volunteer reports, from the CSRconnect Admin portal, select Report. Then select Standard Reports, Volunteer.
Most of the volunteer reports are located in the Volunteer section; the CRA Participations Report is located in the Other section.

This admin report provides a view into the project details for all projects within your community. It includes internal and external project information and details, organization information and role details.
For example, use this report to locate a detailed view of the projects within your community, broken down by project role.
To navigate to the Project Details Report, from the CSRconnect Admin portal, select Report. Then select Standard Reports, Volunteer, Project Details Report.

This admin report provides additional information about all project participants, and any hours they may have logged for this project, across all projects within your community. It includes detailed employee information, project creator information, role details, and organization information.
For example, use this report to view the projects or roles your employees have signed up for, or expressed interest in, and the status of their participation.
To navigate to the Project Role Summary Report, from the CSRconnect Admin portal, select Report. Then select Standard Reports, Volunteer, Project Role Summary Report.

This admin report gives event information for each team event within given date ranges. It includes internal and external event information and details, creator information, participation analytics, and charity details.
For example, use this report to:

Gain a holistic view of events in your community.

Provide lower-level admins a view into all volunteer events, without having to give Tableau access.

View details that do not include personal information, only event information.
To navigate to the Volunteer Events Report, from the CSRconnect Admin portal, select Report. Then select Standard Reports, Volunteer, Volunteer Events Report.

This is a client admin report that gives individual activity information for each personal activity within a given date range. It includes activity information and details, creator information, and charity details.
For example, use this report to:

Find a holistic view of your user's individual volunteering efforts.

Provide lower-level admins with a view into all personal volunteer activities, without having to give Tableau access.
To navigate to the Individual Activity Report, from the CSRconnect Admin portal, select Report. Then select Standard Reports, Volunteer, Individual Activity Report.

This is a client admin report that gives detailed information for each participant in a event or individual activity within a given date range. It includes event/activity information, participant information & details, and charity information.
Common use cases / questions answered:

“I would like to see a detailed view of all participation in my community.”

“I depend on a report that can tell me all of my volunteer activity so I can send it directly to my team leads.”
This report includes personal information and is transactional. We recommend pulling smaller time frames for faster delivery.
To navigate to the Volunteer Participation Report, from the CSRconnect Admin portal, select Report. Then select Standard Reports, Volunteer, Volunteer Participation Report.

This admin export provides event and individual activity information for each charity during a set date range. This includes hours volunteered by users and their guests, participation, total events and individual activities, and hours per participant.

To navigate to the Charity Volunteer Report, from the CSRconnect Admin portal, select Report. Then select Standard Reports, Volunteer, Charity Volunteer Report.

This admin report provides the ability to export volunteer activity for each HR file geographic region during a given date range (from the highest level at Region to lowest level at City). This export includes total employees in the HR file, unique employee participants, participation levels, hours, events, individual activities, organizations supported, and average hours volunteered per participant.
To navigate to the Geographic Volunteer Report, from the CSRconnect Admin portal, select Report. Then select Standard Reports, Volunteer, Geographic Report.

This is an admin report featuring volunteer activity for each employee during a given date range and the ability to filter results by employee manager. This includes total employees in the HR file, unique employee participants, hours, events, individual activities, organizations supported, and average hours volunteered per participant.
Common use case / question answered: “Is there a report that I can share with anyone in the company that gives our volunteer participation?”
To navigate to the Company Volunteer Report, from the CSRconnect Admin portal, select Report. Then select Standard Reports, Volunteer, Company Volunteer Report.

This is an admin export with volunteer activity for each business unit during a given date range. This includes total employees in the HR file, unique employee participants, participation levels, hours, events, individual activities, organizations supported, and average hours volunteered per participant.

Admins can manage volunteer campaigns by viewing their business unit at a high level
To navigate to the Business Unit Report, from the CSRconnect Admin portal, select Report. Then select Standard Reports, Volunteer, Business Unit Report.

This admin export focuses on grant applications in a specific volunteer grant program. On a program by program basis, Admins can view employee information, volunteer grant request data, and volunteer grant status details.

To navigate to the Volunteer Grants Report, from the CSRconnect Admin portal, select Report. Then select Standard Reports, Volunteer, Volunteer Grants Report.

This report closes the gap for VTO programs. The report offers information on each employee's VTO request and can be used to share with your payroll team to properly account for approved VTO.
To navigate to the Volunteer Time Off (VTO) Report, from the CSRconnect Admin portal, select Report. Then select Standard Reports, Volunteer, VTO Report.

Use this report to view volunteer participation rolled up into each group or chapter. The report offers information such as the number of employees in a group, percentage participation by group members, and average hours volunteered.
To navigate to the Group Volunteer Participation Report, from the CSRconnect Admin portal, select Report. Then select Standard Reports, Volunteer, Group Volunteer Participation Report.

The CRA Participations Report details approved CRA participations for both team events and individual hours.
The intention of this report is only for approved and past CRA participations.
To navigate to the CRA Participations Report, from the CSRconnect Admin portal, select Report. Then select Standard Reports, Other, CRA Participations Report.

Permissions: Each report has a unique permission and can be attached to any role, or you can create a role just for a reporting admin.
Updates: Standard reports are updated in real time.
