Actions Analysis
With actions,fundraisers can track the interactions and tasks required to cultivate their relationships with constituents. To quickly assess the overall activity of your organization's fundraisers, select
Tip: To view the Actions dashboard in Reporting, select Add , Actions, Open.
For a quick snapshot of your overall activity, you can view how many actions meet the filters — and pertinent statistics about those interactions and tasks — under Action overview. For more information about these stats, see Action Overview Analysis.
Under Actions by fundraiser, you can quickly compare how many actions each fundraiser handles. With this information, you can easily compare workloads and identify which action categories each fundraiser prefers.
To help describe actions, your organization can configure

To track the channel used for an interaction — such as Email or Phone call — or the intent of an action, you track its category. Under Actions by category, you can compare how many actions of each category meet the filters. With this information, you can identify which channels
To gauge the progress of your fundraisers' actions, you can compare how many are completed to those past their due date — based on the filters — under Actions by status. For more information, see Action Status Analysis.
Tip: By default, the metrics under Actions include all actions. To include only actions that meet specific criteria, such as by their assignedfundraiser or status, use the filters. For more information, see Actions Analysis Filters.
Tip: To view a list of records included in the number-crunching, select the total or metric. For further analysis, select Create list to open the list in Lists, where you can apply additional filters, choose columns, and save for future reuse. For more information, see Lists.
For deeper analysis of an action, select its name to open its record. For more information, see Action Records.

To easily apply frequently-used filters to the dashboard, select the filter criteria and then save their view for your personal reuse. For more information, see Saved Views of Dashboards.
