Prospect Insights lists
Review the following information to understand what determines Prospect Insights list availability and the differences between the lists.
List availability
List availability in Prospect Insights is determined by two factors: the prospect pool and users' permissions.
The lists that appear in Prospect Insights depend on the nature of your constituents. Constituents must meet certain criteria to be included in a Prospect Insights list. If your prospect pool doesn't include any constituents who meet the criteria for a list, and the list typically appears in Needs attention, instead of displaying an empty list, Prospect Insights doesn't display the list at all. Therefore, you may not see all of the lists described in the comparison chart below.
Additionally, some lists only display all prospects for users with certain permissions. For example, assume that your candidate pool includes prospects who meet the criteria for the Qualified and unassigned prospects list. Because these candidates exist, Prospect Insights displays the list. However, only users with the Assign permission can view everyone on the list. Users without that permission cannot. Similarly, any list where the primary action is fundraiser assignment requires the Assign permission to be able to view everyone on the list.
