General community
If an employee without identified residence information has an active, deducting, recurring payroll pledge to a state-restricted organization, an email is now sent to the employee advising of the issue. The employee must log into our Giving platform to complete residency information. If this information is not provided after 30 days, the pledge is canceled.
This information is also included in the California Assembly Bill 488: Impact to YourCause Communities Help Center topic.
You no longer need to enable Configure Onboarding to detect users' browser language. The application defaults to the users' browser language from their first login.
For more information, see My Account.
Give
You can now edit some donations and matches after you have checked out from the cart page.
Navigate to Give, My Giving to see a list of your donations and matches. Select Edit or Apply for Match from the action column next to the donation you want to edit.
Note: This feature is being rolled out to a pilot group initially, and it will be enabled for all clients at a later date.
Peer to Peer Fundraising
Previously, the Create a Fundraiser flow ended on the employee’s My Fundraisers page. Now, the Create a Fundraiser flow ends on the new fundraiser’s page so employees can preview their fundraiser and make changes, if desired.
Volunteer
To help employees find volunteer events created by their community, we have added an Events Created by Colleagues filter to Search Opportunities.
To help clarify registration availability, a new indicator and supporting text now appear when registration is not available for listed opportunities.
-
If there are upcoming registration dates, the indicator appears followed by the statement, "Registration hasn't started yet. Check back soon."
-
If registration dates have passed, the indicator appears followed by the statement, "Registration has ended."
When participants are added to projects and have not signed up themselves, they must respond to any custom questions before the option to add or edit volunteer hours appears.
To help maintain privacy, the Employee ID column no longer appears in the Share Event search results. Using an employee ID as search criteria is no longer available either.
Reporting
To support affiliate organization mapping and company added organization logic, the Volunteer Events Report now populates the following data points:
-
Charity Name
-
Charity Address 1
-
Charity Address 2
-
Charity City
-
Charity State
-
Charity Country
-
Charity Postal Code
The Giving Datasource in Tableau now includes the following data points:
-
Match Setting Name
-
Is Matching Setting Active
-
Match Setting Match Amount* - The employee’s match cap amount
-
Match Setting Match Ratio* - The percentage applied to a match within this program
-
Incentive Redemption End Date
-
Incentive Status Changed Date
* This amount is accurate at the time the report is pulled. If the amount changes, it only reflects the current match setting match amount and/or match setting match ratio.
Admins are now able to view data from the last 365 days, instead of 180 days, for YTD data.
For more information, see Usage Insights.
CSRconnect admin portal
You can now use the Approvals Manager to review different types of pending approvals from one place in the CSRconnect Admin Portal. Admins with the required permissions can view the following approval types from the Approvals Manager:
-
CRA
-
Fundraisers
-
Incentives
-
Match requests
-
Volunteer opportunities
-
Volunteer grants
-
VTO
The Approvals Manager does not replace the original CSRconnect Admin Portal pages for these approvals. You can still review approval requests from their designated pages, if desired.
See Approvals Manager for more information.
To allow for Giving Campaign splash modals to be reused across multiple giving campaigns, we have made the following updates to the splash modals. Your Customer Success Manager will continue to configure Giving Campaigns for you.
-
Giving Campaign splash modals will now appear in the Splash Modal Manager.
-
We have added an Enable on Community Home toggle to the splash modal editor. You will only select a Start Date & Time and End Date & Time for splash modals set to appear on the community home.
For more information, see Splash modals.
