The Peer to Peer Fundraising feature allows your employees to create new fundraisers for charitable organizations and donate to fundraisers made by your community.

Social share and external fundraisers
Enabling social share for your community from Fundraisers settings allows your users to share fundraisers outside of your organization. External fundraisers may be also be referred to as public fundraisers.
Your employees can share fundraisers externally by using the Share This Page link or by posting to select social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter). If social share is not active, users can only share direct links with other members of their CSRconnect community.
Note: External fundraiser donations will always charge fees. There is no fee coverage option for external fundraiser donations.
Warning: The only third-party global processor that supports external fundraiser donations is Charities Trust.
Approve fundraisers and set match eligibility
Your community can require admin approval of Peer to Peer Fundraisers. This feature must be turned on by your Customer Success Manager.
After employees create fundraisers in the CSRconnect community, admins can approve or decline those fundraisers from the Fundraisers Manager in the CSRconnect Admin Portal.
You can also turn off match eligibility for individual fundraisers from the Fundraisers Manager. This allows you to run fundraisers that do not count towards your employees' match cap.
Note: Fundraisers are match eligible by default.
Manage fundraiser communications
You can configure the messages your employees receive during the fundraiser approval process and set default approved or declined messages to fundraiser creators. See Fundraiser communication settings.
