There are a few things you should know before you begin.
Supported Browsers
Blackbaud makes every effort to test and support the most recent versions of browsers.

Missing features and tools

You may not have permission to access that feature. Learn how to manage security settings.

Your site may not configured with that feature. See Site Options for more details.
Permissions
In Luminate Online, permissions are managed under Setup in Security Categories. After you create a security category (a set of permissions) and a security group (a role or title that grants access to specific security categories), assign individuals to the appropriate security groups. See Security Management for more information.
Administrator Preferences
When you log in, your name appears in the top-right corner above the navigation bar. Select your name to open Administrator Preferences. These settings apply only while you are logged in.
Tip: Be sure to Save after you make any changes to your preferences.
