Peer to Peer Fundraising

Our Peer to Peer Fundraising(P2P) feature empowers employees to fundraise for eligible charities internally and externally. The mobile-responsive crowdfunding environment is a unique way to engage employees and support their passions within your corporate giving programs. A review and approval process is optional to ensure alignment with corporate values.

Tip: For a quick start guide to peer to peer fundraisers, see Get started with Fundraising.

Available donation types for peer to peer fundraisers vary by processor. Work with your Customer Success Manager to decide which processors should be included in your fundraiser-eligible charity list.

Note: See Global processing partners for supported fundraiser donation types for each processor.

Peer to Peer Fundraising pages

Explore Fundraisers

This is the hub for fundraising in your community. From this page, users can find fundraisers made by their peers. Only registered users can view Explore Fundraisers. It is not visible to external donors.

When creating a fundraiser, employees can choose to make the page private. Private fundraisers will not appear in Explore Fundraisers. Employees can share private fundraisers through a direct link.

Note: You may see this page also referred to as the Fundraising home page or Fundraising Community.

Explore Fundraisers displays community metrics, recent fundraisers, and a featured fundraiser.

Fundraiser pages

Each fundraiser has its own page with custom content, a donation flow, donation tracking, and social share options, if enabled.

The progress bar total includes company match contributions only after match contributions have been approved by an admin. The Recent Donations section does not display company match contributions.

Fundraiser page shows a progress bar, donation buttons, and sharing options.

My Fundraisers

This is a personal dashboard for users to manage the fundraisers they've created and view fundraisers they've donated to. Fundraiser creators can view summary metrics about their fundraising, edit and monitor their fundraisers, and pull exports of donation data. The report contains details about all donations to a fundraiser.

Note: In communities with only one currency enabled, aggregated totals on My Fundraisers display in their community's selected currency. In communities that can use multiple currencies, aggregated totals are shown in USD.

My Fundraisers displays impact metrics, with active fundraisers and fundraiser history listed below.
