Volunteer

An employee's search results on Employee Search now include their volunteering history under Volunteer.

There is a separate listing for each participation with the same opportunity (event, project, or individual activity).

The following columns list information for each opportunity.

Name (name of opportunity)

Type (event, project, or individual activity)

Organization (Benefitting organization)

Participation Date

Hours (number of hours volunteered for each participation)

Participation dates are listed in descending order.

Users can now identify their favorite Standard Reports and easily access them through a new Favorites category available at the top of the Available Reports filter on the Standard Reports page. If there are any reports selected as a favorite, the Favorites category appears and is expanded by default when the user visits the Standard Reports page. If there are multiple favorite reports selected, they appear in alphabetical order.

As an in-product reminder, a note is now included on the Share Event screen advising that users must have an email listed in the HR file or a preferred email in their account to appear in the search results.

The same File Upload question type offered for custom questions in the 25.07.0 release is now available for NPOconnect admin responses. The NPOconnect public application allows NPOconnect admins to answer questions by uploading a file.

With the migration from the VolunteerMatch to Idealist, there are several changes and enhancements introduced:

Users can access a wider range of events, which continue to include Volunteer Match events.

Branding switches from "VolunteerMatch" to "Volunteer Match powered by Idealist" throughout CSRconnect. A new logo and name branding now appear for Volunteer Match search result listings in Search Opportunities, on opportunity detail pages, and on Express Interest forms.

For certain opportunities, Idealist may require users to answer questions before they can proceed with expressing interest.

We have expanded the census information provided in CSRconnect when using the Volunteer feature. You can now view:

MSA Name
-
Tract Income Level
-
Underserved or Distressed Tract
You can view these fields for your selected Location and Benefiting Organization when creating an event or project, managing an event or project, or recording individual hours.
Admins can also view these fields when managing CRA requests from the CRA Manager or Approvals Manager.
CSRconnect Admin Portal

You can now export a list of peer to peer fundraisers in CSV format from the Fundraisers Manager. The export includes the following columns:

Fundraiser Goal

Fundraiser Description
To export a list, select Export Summary from CSRconnect Admin Portal, Fundraisers, Fundraisers Manager.
